Columbia July, 2020 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.52)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 48 North, Range 12 West, Boone County, Missouri and being all of Lots 2 and 3 of Southfork of the Grindstone Plat 1, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 43 and described in the warranty deed recorded in Book 5128, Page 108 and containing 2.10 acres.
