Columbia July, 2018 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.42)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 48 North, Range 12 West, Boone County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at an iron, said iron being the Northwest Corner of said section 16, Township 48 North, Range 12 West; thence south along the section line, 584.1 feet set an iron; thence North 88° 15' East, 746.2 feet, set an iron; thence North 584.1 feet, set an iron; thence South 88° 15' West along the section line, 746.2 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10 acres, more or less as shown by the survey recorded in Book 279, Page 389 of the Boone County Records.
