Columbia April, 2018 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.40)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 47 North, Range 13 West, Boone County, Missouri and being lot one (1) of River Hills Estates, as shown by the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 214, records of Boone County, Missouri. (Said tract of land is also shown and described by

the survey thereof, recorded in Book 432, Page 77, records of Boone County, Missouri) and containing 10.00 acres.
