Columbia July, 2017 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.36)
Chapter 1: General Provisions
The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:
A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 49 North, Range 12 West, Boone County, Missouri being the tract described by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 4499 at Page 89 of the Boone County records and being further described as all of Lot 17 of Wellington Estates Plat 4 as recorded in plat Book 32 at Page 16 of said county records.
