Columbia August, 2016 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.33)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A tract located in the southwest quarter of Section 19, Township 49 North, Range 12 West, Boone County, Missouri, West of the 5th principal meridian being all of the tract described by the deed in Book 4541 Page 97 of the Boone County Records and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the south corner of Lot 2 as shown by Gas Light Industrial Park Plat 3 in Book 48 Page 53 of the Boone County Records: Said point being on the south line of said Section 19 thence with the south line of said Section 19 S 89°31'55" W, 149.66 feet to a point on the east right-of-way line of Highway 763; thence with said east right-of-way line N 00°00'15" E, 80.00 feet to the southwest corner of said Gas Light Industrial Park Plat 3; thence with the lines of said Gas Light Industrial Park Plat 3 and said Lot 2 N 89°31'55" E, 149.66 feet; thence S 00°00'20" W, 80.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.27 acres. This tract is subject to a permanent utility and facility easement granted to Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission in Book 3165 Page 121 of the Boone County Records.
