Boonville Application of the residential center city overlay district infill housing standards ordinance (Appendix C, Section 14.4)

The standards identified in Exhibit B of the enabling ordinance shall be applied for the purpose of integrating a new home into the fabric of the existing neighborhood while being sensitive to the owner's desires to build a cost effective, marketable and energy efficient home. Not every standard must be met, however, a preponderance of the standards and intent of the ordinance must be met in order to achieve a reasonable compatibility with the existing neighborhood character.
