Boonville Effect of the Ordinance ordinance (Appendix C, Section 1.3)

(a) Use of premises and all buildings in the city shall be in accordance with the minimum standards hereinafter established.

(b) Every building shall be on a lot. Except as provided in Section 4.3 and Part 7, there cannot be more than one main building on one residential lot.

(c) Yards, parking space, or lot area required for one building cannot be used for another building; nor can the size of a lot be reduced below the requirements of this ordinance.
