If voluntary compliance is not achieved through training, education and discussion, the DHSS shall follow the current EHOG enforcement guidelines for issuing work orders, closing orders pursuant to RSMo 196.240 and/or furnishing evidence to the County prosecutor for penalties at law including lines and/or imprisonment pursuant to RSMo 196.230 and 196.235.
