Chapter 7.5: Floodplain Management · Article I. Statutory Authorization,

The legislature of the state has in RSMO 77.260 delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt floodplain management regulations designed to protect the health, safety, and general welfare. Therefore, the city council of the city ordains as follows:
