Boonville Penalties ordinance (§ 6-15)

Chapter 6: Cemeteries

Any person or persons who violates, trespasses, defaces or vandalizes the city cemeteries or any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 plus any court costs or damages to said property.
