Boonville Grave openings and closings ordinance (§ 6-13)

All grave openings and closing, except duly approved pauper burials and cremations, will be performed by private contractor at the sole expense of the grave space owner, his/her family or other representative and according to the general rules and regulations for the cemeteries of the city on file in the office of the city clerk. The schedule of fees for the opening and closing of cremation remains shall be provided in the city fee schedule.
