Boonville Sales in certain premises ordinance (§ 3-5)
Chapter 3: Alcoholic Beverages and Marijuana · Article I. In General
No person shall sell intoxicating liquor in any building or room where there are blinds, screens, curtains or any other thing or object so placed in such building or room that they or any of them obstruct or obscure from public view any portion of the interior of such room where intoxicating liquor is sold, delivered or drunk.
