Boonville Separate or additional licenses required by chapter ordinance (§ 3-28)

A separate liquor license shall be required for each place of business; and the licenses required shall be in addition to and independent of any other licenses required by the city except that persons licensed to sell intoxicating beer or malt liquor at retail may also sell at retail nonintoxicating beer without an additional license therefor, and persons licensed to sell intoxicating beer or malt liquor at wholesale may also sell at wholesale nonintoxicating beer without an additional license therefor.
