Boonville Term ordinance (§ 3-26)
Chapter 3: Alcoholic Beverages and Marijuana · Division 1. Generally
Each liquor license shall be issued for a license year beginning July first and terminating June thirtieth of each and every year. The license, when granted, shall allow the holder of said license to do business in the city for a term to expire with the thirtieth day of June next succeeding the date of such license.
