Boonville Actions which may be taken to correct violations ordinance (§ 21-96)

Any waters or wastes discharged to the public sewers which contain the substances or possess the characteristic(s) enumerated in section 21-94, constitute a violation and action will be taken in accordance with section 21-50. Correction of the violation shall be accomplished through implementation of one or more of the following:

(1) Elimination of discharge.

(2) Pretreatment of discharge to comply with section 21-94.

(3) Control of discharge to comply with section 21-94.

(4) Payment of additional sewer service charges to comply with the provisions of chapter 21. Compliance by methods described in subparagraphs (2), (3) and (4) of this section shall be subject to the review and approval of superintendent and to requirements of all applicable local, state and federal codes, ordinances, laws and regulations.
