Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 2. Private Systems
Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of section 21-46 of this Code, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with the provisions of this article.
