Boonville Connection to public water system required ordinance (§ 21-42.8)

The owner of all houses, buildings, or properties used for human employment, recreation, residence or other purposes, situated within the city and abutting on any street, alley, or right-of-way in which there is now located or may in the future be located access to a public water system within 100 feet of the property line, is hereby required to connect to such facilities is accordance with the provisions of this division, within six months after date of official notice to do so.
