Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 3. Use of Water During

Any person who uses any water furnished by the city in violation of this division shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of section 1-9 of the Code of Ordinances of the City.
