Boonville Damaging or tampering with public water system; penalty ordinance (§ 21-42.11)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 4. Use of Public Water System
It shall be a misdemeanor for any unauthorized person to maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the public water system. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to a fine not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00.
