Boonville Exception for businesses necessary to public welfare ordinance (§ 21-42.1)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 3. Use of Water During
In any proclamation issued by the mayor curtailing the usage of water by business or industrial customers, provisions may be made to allow water usage by those businesses and industries that are, in the city administrator's opinion, necessary for the public health, safety and welfare.
