Boonville Wastewater discharge permit reissuance ordinance (§ 21-257)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 5. Wastewater Discharge
A user with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with section 21-235 of this article, not more than 90 days and less than 30 days prior to the expiration of the user's existing wastewater discharge permit.
