The wastewater discharge permits may contain the local limits as a mass value or an appropriate concentration value. All local limits will be expressed as maximum dally values. The sum total of each allocation shall not exceed the maximum allowable industrial load (MAIL). The MAILs are subject to change as local environmental conditions changes. All changes to MAILs shall be approved by MDNR.
