Boonville Estimates ordinance (§ 21-166)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 2. Water
When a water meter is found to be not registering, the superintendent or director of public works shall estimate the amount of water used from the date of the last reading, basing such estimate upon the quantity usually consumed by the patron during a like period; and such patron shall be charged therefor accordingly.
