Boonville Meters required ordinance (§ 21-160)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 2. Water
All water service shall be furnished upon a metered basis, and a separate meter shall be installed for each residence, apartment, business or industrial establishment or other property serviced with water.
