Boonville Shutting off water ordinance (§ 21-15)

Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 1. Generally

The board of public works shall have the right to shut off the water in the water mains at any time without notice, in order to make repairs, improvements or extensions, and the city shall not be responsible or liable for any damage resulting therefrom.
