Boonville User responsible for obtaining telephone line and furnishing appropriate equipment ordinance (§ 2.5-15)

The alarm user is responsible for obtaining the leased telephone line between the subscriber's premises and the alarm annunciator at the police department and for furnishing the appropriate interface equipment, if required, in order to provide an input signal compatible with the receiving equipment.
