Boonville Authority of city to enter premises ordinance (§ 2.5-13)
Chapter 2.5: Alarm Systems · Article II. Alarm User'S Regulations
For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter, the police chief and/or city's agent shall have the authority, at reasonable times and upon reasonable oral notice, to enter any premises in the city in or upon which alarm systems subject to this chapter are located, to inspect the installation and/or operation of such alarm systems on official police business.
