Boonville Functions ordinance (§ 2-232)

Chapter 2: Administration · Division 1. Generally

All advisory committees shall act as a recommending body to assist the mayor and city council on all matters pertaining to them and in all cases report in writing the state of fact with their opinions and conclusions thereupon; all such reports shall be addressed to the mayor and city council.
