Boonville Removal of members ordinance (§ 2-230)
Chapter 2: Administration · Division 1. Generally
(a) Any citizen or council member of an advisory committee may be removed at the request of the mayor with the concurrence of the city council for failure to attend three or more scheduled meetings without a reasonable excuse.
(b) Any citizen member of an advisory committee shall be disqualified as a member of such committee if he or she becomes a nonresident of the county.
