Boonville Composition ordinance (§ 2-227)

Chapter 2: Administration · Division 1. Generally

Each advisory committee shall consist of five voting members who shall be citizens of the county. One member of the city council shall be appointed to each committee and shall be a nonvoting observer of the committee. A member of the city council shall not serve as a voting member of any advisory committee.
