Boonville Monthly reports ordinance (§ 2-175)

The board of public works shall cause to be filed with the city clerk a complete report each month, signed by the president or chairman of the board showing all balances, and receipts and expenditures for the preceding month. The monthly report of the board shall contain an itemized statement of the withdrawals from the incidental fund, and the balance thereof remaining after all outstanding checks drawn thereon shall have been paid.
