Boonville Officers ordinance (§ 2-167)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article V. Board of Public Works
In the month of November of each year, the board of public works shall organize by electing a chairman and a vice-chairman. The public works superintendent shall be ex officio secretary of the board, and shall keep minutes of its meetings and of all its acts and orders relating to the management and control of the waterworks.
