Boonville Fiscal year ordinance (§ 2-16)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article II. Fiscal Affairs
The fiscal year of the city shall commence on April first and terminate on March 31 in each year; and the books, accounts and reports of officers shall be made to conform thereto.
