Boonville Yeas and nays ordinance (§ 2-147)
Chapter 2: Administration · Division 2. Rules of Order and
If any two members require it, the yeas and nays upon any question shall be taken and entered on the journal, but the yeas and nays shall not be taken unless called for previous to any vote upon the question.
