Boonville Reconsideration of motions ordinance (§ 2-141)
Chapter 2: Administration · Division 2. Rules of Order and
When a motion has once been made and carried in the affirmative or negative, it shall be in order for any member who voted on that side which prevailed to move for a reconsideration thereof at the same meeting, or at the next succeeding meeting, but not thereafter; no question shall be reconsidered after the papers or question shall have passed from possession of the council.
