Boonville Withdrawal of motion or resolution ordinance (§ 2-134)
Chapter 2: Administration · Division 2. Rules of Order and
After a motion or resolution is stated by the president or read, it shall be deemed to be in possession of the council, but may be withdrawn at any time before a decision or amendment; but afterwards, only by consent of the council.
