Boonville Voting required ordinance (§ 2-132)
Chapter 2: Administration · Division 2. Rules of Order and
Every member who shall be present when a question is stated by the chair shall vote thereupon, unless excused by the council, or unless he is prohibited by section 2-108 of this Code, in which case he shall not vote.
