Boonville Quorum; lesser number compelling attendance ordinance (§ 2-121)

Chapter 2: Administration · Division 2. Rules of Order and

A majority of the members elected to the city council shall constitute a quorum to do business, but any two members, including the mayor, may have a roll call of the council, send for and compel the attendance of absent members, and make an order for their censure or fine.
