Boonville Speed of locomotives ordinance (§ 19-1)
Chapter 19: Railroads
No person shall cause any locomotive engine or railroad car to travel at a greater speed than twentyfive (25) miles per hour, except upon and over the Missouri Pacific tracks, running east and west, along and parallel to the Missouri River, where the speed limit for locomotive engines and railroad cars shall be forty-five (45) miles per hour.
