Boonville Conflict of interest ordinance (§ 17-61)
Chapter 17: Planning and Redevelopment · Article IV. Historic Districts
No member of the BHPAC shall vote on any matter which may materially or apparently affect the property, income or business interest of that member. Any member who has an interest in property within 185 feet of property being considered shall abstain from voting but may express an opinion during discussion.
