Boonville Terms ordinance (§ 17-54)

The term of office of the members of the BHPAC shall be for four years beginning in May, excepting that the membership of the first BHPAC shall serve respectively for terms of one for one year; two for two years; two for three years; and, two for four years. Each member shall serve until a successor is approved. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term only. Members may be reappointed, but may not serve more than two consecutive terms.
