Boonville Findings of fact ordinance (§ 17-34)
Chapter 17: Planning and Redevelopment · Article III. Land Clearance for
(a) It is hereby found and determined that one or more blighted or insanitary areas, as the same are defined in the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Law, exist within the city.
(b) It is hereby found and determined that the redevelopment of such blighted or insanitary area or areas is necessary in the interest of the public health, safety, morals or welfare of the residents of the city.
