Boonville Earnings of prostitutes ordinance (§ 14-83)

Chapter 14: Offenses: Miscellaneous · Article V. Offenses Against Morals

Any person who shall knowingly accept, receive, levy or appropriate any money or other valuable thing, without consideration, from the proceeds of the earnings of any woman engaged in prostitution, shall be deemed guilty of an offense.
