Boonville Records ordinance (§ 12-77)
Chapter 12: Motor Vehicles and Traffic · Article IV. Vehicle License
The city clerk shall file the application for license required by this article in his offense and register such vehicle in a record, which record shall be open to public inspection during business hours. The city clerk shall destroy all owner's applications and records after the same have been on file for four years.
