Boonville Penalty for late payment ordinance (§ 12-71)
Chapter 12: Motor Vehicles and Traffic · Article IV. Vehicle License
Any person who does not purchase a license when required to do so by the provisions of this article shall, upon obtaining the license, pay an additional tax of $1.00 for each month or part thereof past the due date. The taxes established by this section shall be in addition to any other penalty provided by ordinance.
