Boonville Termination of emergency situation ordinance (§ 12-51)

Chapter 12: Motor Vehicles and Traffic · Article III. Emergency Snow Routes

Whenever the city administrator, or his designated representative, shall find that some or all of the conditions which give rise to a parking prohibition or traffic emergency in effect pursuant to this article no longer exists, he may declare the prohibition or emergency terminated, in whole or in part, in a manner prescribed by this article effectively upon announcement.
