Boonville Depositing snow or ice removed from driveways, sidewalks, etc. onto streets and public ways ordinance (§ 12-49)
Chapter 12: Motor Vehicles and Traffic · Article III. Emergency Snow Routes
No person or persons engaged in removal of snow or ice on driveways, parking lots, or sidewalks shall deposit such snow or ice in the streets or any public ways for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
