Boonville Abandoned property ordinance (§ 12-101)
Chapter 12: Motor Vehicles and Traffic · Article VIII. Unattended Motor
It shall be unlawful for a person owning or having care or custody of any motor vehicle, trailer, all terrain vehicle, outboard motor or vessel, to abandon the same on any street, alley or public place, or leave the same standing thereon for longer than 72 hours.
