Boonville Action upon noncompliance with notice ordinance (§ 11-38)

Upon the failure, neglect or refusal of any owner so notified to properly dispose of such litter within ten days after the giving of the written notice provided for in this article, the health commissioner, or his delegate is hereby authorized and empowered to obligate the city to pay for the collection and disposal of such litter, or to order its collection and disposal by the city.
