Boonville Oath ordinance (§ 10-85)
Chapter 10: Licenses and Taxation · Division 1. Generally
All sworn statements provided for under this article shall be on the oath of some person representing the person doing such business within the city and shall be acknowledged and sworn to before some officer authorized to administer oaths.
